By using the Site or Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site or Services.

1) Privacy

Your use of the Site is also subject to our Privacy Policy. Please review it to understand how we collect and use information.

2) Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Effective Date” above reflects the latest revision. Continued use of the Site after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

3) Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use the Services.

4) Services, Scheduling, and Appointments

We provide heavy-duty truck and trailer repair/maintenance services. The Site may allow you to request or schedule appointments (“Appointments”).

  • Appointment Requests: Submitting a request does not guarantee availability. An Appointment is confirmed only when we confirm it (by phone, email, or other written confirmation).
  • Estimates: Any estimate is a good-faith approximation based on information available at the time and may change after inspection/diagnosis, parts availability, or additional required work is discovered.
  • Cancellations/No-Shows: We may charge a reasonable fee for late cancellations or no-shows where permitted by law.
  • Right to Refuse Service: We may refuse or stop service when reasonably necessary for safety, legality, non-payment risk, abusive conduct, or if a vehicle is unsafe to work on.

5) Repair Authorization and Customer Responsibilities

When you bring a vehicle or equipment for service, you represent that you are authorized to approve work for that vehicle/equipment.

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate information about the vehicle/equipment and the issue(s).
  • Remove valuables and secure cargo; we are not responsible for loss/damage of items left in the vehicle unless required by law.
  • Ensure the vehicle is in a condition safe enough for inspection (as reasonably determined by us).

Additional Work Authorization: If additional repairs are needed, we may seek authorization. If we cannot reach you, we may pause work until authorization is obtained and take reasonable steps to secure the vehicle.

6) Parts, Warranties, and Work Product

  • Parts: Parts may be new, remanufactured, or equivalent quality, depending on availability and your preferences. If you supply parts, we are not responsible for defects, compatibility, or delays caused by customer-supplied parts.
  • Warranties: Any warranty on labor/parts (if offered) will be described on your invoice or in writing at the time of service. Unless expressly stated in writing, no additional warranties are provided.

7) Pricing, Payments, Taxes, and Fees

  • Payment Due: Payment is due at the time services are completed and/or at pickup/delivery, unless we agree otherwise in writing.
  • Taxes/Fees: You are responsible for applicable taxes and any shop fees, disposal fees, environmental fees, towing, storage, or other charges disclosed on your invoice where permitted by law.
  • Late Payment/Collections: Overdue balances may incur late fees/interest where permitted by law. You agree to pay reasonable collection costs and attorneys’ fees to the extent allowed by law.
  • Storage/Unclaimed Vehicles: Vehicles not picked up within a reasonable period after notice may incur storage fees and/or be handled according to applicable law.

8) Intellectual Property

The Site content (text, graphics, logos, photos, videos, and software) is owned by or licensed to us and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from the Site content without our prior written permission.

If you submit reviews, messages, photos, or other content (“User Content”), you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute that content for operating and promoting the Services. You represent that you have the right to submit the User Content and that it does not violate any law or the rights of any third party.
